It’s just like the old west, which never really went away, it just retreated to Montana. Some CAL-I-FORN-I-A out of towners show up in their big SUVs (thank the Lord they didn’t show up in hybrids, tree huggin’ hippies!) and say they are there to take over and run the local prison, which is empty because some politician decided the town couldn’t bring in prisoners from other states. What else is Montana good for? Oh, and their vehicles are all marked City of Hardin Police Department. Except that they aren’t. I bet the local sheriff was none to pleased with that!
In typical corporate fashion, they hired a spokesman, to, you know, give them “transparency,” and tried to hire other politically connected people, like city council members wives, things like that. All above board, of course.
My take on it? It’s a cover to make Lesbian prison exploitation movies. All roads lead to lesbian prison sex in my world. See, they are in prison, so you don’t have to pay to watch.
