She’s appearing at DragonCon in Atlanta currently, both as a celebrity, and as a representative for other celebrities, which is her new career, organizing former famous people to mingle with freaks and geeks.

Murphy Imposes Death Penalty Moratorium

There is a worldwide shortage of sodium thiopental, one of the drugs used in the three drug cocktail that makes up lethal injections for the death penalty. Apparently there is only one company that makes it, Hospira, and they won’t have any until next year, because demand for it has usually been low. The FDA does not even list it as being usable for capital punishment, but instead as an anesthetic for use in hospitals.

Ohio and Washington have been using sodium thiopental alone in high doses for lethal injection, draining the supplies when coupled with the Texas death penalty express lane. You’d think Texas would just shoot ‘em. Maybe now they will have to.

I actually think I saw this episode of Undressed when it was originally on. See, before there was the internet, we had to either watch shows like this and imagine boobies, or try to unscramble the pay stations in our head. This was cutting edge television back when MTV aired it. You didn’t see stuff this risque. I had no idea who she was back then, but I always remember redheads. I also have a disconcerting attraction to her with pigtails…

What is X Factor? It looks like a rip-off of American Idol ’cause American Idol is all original and all shows want to be like it. They even have a faux British guy that looks just like the American one.

This is Cher Lloyd and unfortunately she is only 16. But she’s British and I think that’s legal there! She looks a bit like Keira Knightley which can’t be a bad thing. Hopefully she will win whatever show this is get a record deal come to America when she is legal and be a hot exhibitionist mess.

Amy Poehler just had a baby, and apparently she hasn’t been seen in public before last night’s Emmy Awards. I have no idea because I never watch those shows (meaning the Emmy’s, award shows in general, or anything including Amy Poehler.)

I’ll bet that’s one healthy baby that’s gonna have a breast fixation for life, not to mention her husband. I mean, they aren’t gargantuan, but I’m not sure I even knew she had breasts before this picture. And she seems to be channeling a little bit of Ellen Barkin, which can never be a bad thing.

Cake Boss Star Arrested

Remy Gonzalez, brother-in-law of Cake Boss head Buddy Valastro, was arrested August 18th on allegations he sexually assaulted a minor and endangered the welfare of a child. That last charge troubles me. I hope he just boinked some 17 year old that lied about her age.

TLC says that they stand behind him. Way, way behind him apparently since he’s now gone from the bios on the show’s website.
